Story 1: The small family does a good job of epidemic prevention for everyone

Due to the impact of the epidemic in the Spring Festival of 2020, most of the company's employees could not return to work, and the company could not operate normally. In order to cooperate with the government to do a good job in epidemic prevention, I chose to give up the opportunity to reunite with my family and moved into the company's duty room. Disinfect the company with the personnel on duty every day, register the entry and exit personnel, and always stick to the front line of epidemic prevention. After the epidemic, I took the lead in resuming work and production, maintaining production equipment and arranging personnel. With the joint efforts of everyone, the company quickly got on the right track.

Story 2: Carry out safety hazard investigation to protect the safety of employees

As the vice president in charge of the company's safety production, I always put safety production first, carried out a monthly safety hazard investigation, organized employees to carry out safety training, carried out emergency drills, and invited lecturers from Hubei Social Security Fire Consulting Co., Ltd. to guide the use of fire extinguishers and other fire safety knowledge. This year, in accordance with the company's safety requirements, the safety compliance assessment of each production position will be carried out, and the safety production level of the post employees will be improved through setting standards, training, quantitative scoring, comprehensive assessment and other links. By the end of the year, all positions in the production line will complete the assessment of post safety standards, gradually survive the fittest, and gradually improve the awareness of safety work responsibility of post personnel.

Story 3: Install environmental protection equipment and conduct real-time monitoring

Because of the particularity of the rubber industry, our Juxing Rubber Company has always taken environmental protection as the top priority, and our company has spent a lot of money to install equipment and improve production environmental protection standards in accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau. The installation of the workshop spray dust removal and odor purification system effectively reduces the dust concentration of the production workshop, greatly improves the working environment of the workshop, fundamentally prevents the dust from spreading outward, and reduces atmospheric dust pollution. The newly purchased equipment increases the power of the thermal oxidation incinerator from 60KW to 90KW, which greatly improves the efficiency of collecting waste gas into the combustion furnace for harmless discharge. On April 9, 2020, the online monitoring system of pollution sources was installed and put into use, and it was connected to the Municipal Ecology and Environment Bureau to ensure real-time monitoring of pollution sources and discharge up to standard.

Story 4: Conscientiously perform duties in work and live up to the expectations of the masses

Over the years, I have conscientiously performed my duties in every position, worked hard and completed every task. Sometimes you are unwell, even during the illness, you still don't forget what things the company has not done, and you must go to the scene to tell your subordinates how to complete it. Every time I went to the hospital to notify me of the time for the review, my son would call several times and ask, saying, "Dad, did you go to the hospital for a review?" "I always answer the same sentence, there are too many things in the company, I can't spare time for the time being, and then take time off when there are fewer things. In my eyes, since I am at work, I need to always put my work first and live up to everyone's expectations.
